The country cares for the General Health of its population and ensures the provision of health care for every patient in line with the subject 31 of the law of basic system of government. The Ministry of Health emphasizes that every patients easily accesses all healthcare services according to:

1-Getting the total or complete needed care for his health.

2-Treating the patient in a good manner.

3-Keeping the patient's treatment confidential.

4-Getting enough information from the treating physician  , his specialty and the means of being in touch with him/her about the diagnosis and medication in an easy and understandable language

5-Undrestandding from the treating physician the meditation plan and discussing the ways of using it, understand the substitution medications, their consequences and the dangers.

6-Getting organized care and transfer to different healthcare facility if need for the patient's situation.

7-Provided with written agreement which is based on his/her knowledge or his/her relatives about any surgical operations or anesthesia except in emergency cases or accidents that need urgent medical intervention to save patients' life.

8-Patients' information should be confidential and not released unless by the patients' agreement, the only expectation is its submission to the court of law.
